Service requests
In order to receive the permission of the local government to open casinos, a gambling room, a bingo hall, a location for the taking of totalizers or betting rates and to organise the relevant gambling activities in the specific premises, the gambling maker shall submit to the local government a submission, which shall be accompanied by:
1) a certified copy of the gambling organisation licence;
2) documents (copies thereof) attesting property rights to premises in which a casino, gameroom, bingo hall, betting room or betting rate location is intended to be opened, and a written statement by the owner of the premises regarding his or her agreement to open a casino, gameroom, bingo hall, location of betting or betting rates in such premises or documents (copies thereof) which demonstrate the applicant's right to use premises or demonstrate the possibility of obtaining the right to use premises in which casinos, games hall, bingo grass, betting room or betting rates are to be opened, together with documents certifying the ownership of premises (copies thereof).
If a person who has signed a document certifying the possibility of obtaining the right to use premises is not the owner of the premises, a written declaration of the owner of the premises regarding the consent to open the casinos, the gambling room, bingo grass, the location of betting rates or betting rates in those premises shall be submitted in addition.Receipt of services
