Widespread extraction of mineral resources permit, subject to the State Environmental Service, the limits specified by the administrative act, which grants the right to the addressee thereof to use subterranean depths and a certain time limits set in compliance with permit conditions.
Upon receipt of the submission and in the Annex, the local government shall take a decision of the City Council in accordance with the submission of the BOM Regulation No 696 (06.09.2011).
