Real estate of a natural or legal person may be divided if the property is registered in the Land Register and one or more land units are separated from which/to which a new immovable property is formed or the detachable/detachable land unit/units is intended to be added to another real estate registered in the Land Register.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    Ways to request a service: presence, mail, e-mail.

    In the case of joint ownership, the owner or authorised person of the immovable property, but in the case of joint ownership, all co-owners or one of the co-owners shall submit an application on the basis of an authorisation for the distribution of immovable property.

    Information to be indicated in the application (free form):
    1. addressee;
    2. the name, address, telephone number of the applicant for communication with the applicant;
    3. the application shall specify the cadastre number, name, cadastre designation of the detachable parcel of land and the name of the new property;
    Indication 4 how the applicant wishes to receive an answer, personally, by post or by electronic means.

    If the immovable property to be divided is burdened with credit obligations, the application must be accompanied by a permit for the credit institution to split the property.
