Service requests
It is necessary to produce a personal identification document (passport or identity card - eID card) for the receipt of the service. In addition to a personal identification document, the lawful or authorised representative of the person shall be a document attesting the right to act in the interests of another person. An application for a transaction with agricultural land and a transaction act (purchase contract, auction act) must be submitted for consideration.
The Committee for the Evaluation of Agricultural Transactions shall evaluate the submission received and examine:
1. the conformity of the submitter with the conditions of Section 28, Paragraph one and Section 28.1 of the Law On Privatisation of Land in Rural Areas;
2. whether agricultural land is the dominant land use category of the land to be purchased;
3. check the information on agricultural land owned by the person.Receipt of services
The decision of the Commission regarding the consent to acquire agricultural land in property or the refusal to acquire agricultural land shall be drawn up in the form of a statement and may be obtained by the applicant for the service on the spot, via mail or by electronic means.
