A land planning project shall be developed by a person certified in the field concerned for the purpose of resettling the borders of land units, removal and exchange of intersections, division and consolidation of land units, as well as ensuring the possibility of access, if the development of a detailed plan is not provided for the territory, in accordance with the territory plan of the Valka county.
The initiator or the developer of the land survey project shall submit the developed land survey project for consideration in the municipality of Valka for the provision of an opinion and for the preparation of a draft decision regarding the approval of the land survey project in accordance with the requirements specified in the task of work and the regulatory enactments.
