Service requests
Arrival of the service - in-person, correspondence.
Necessary documents - application, documents certifying property rights.
Charges related to receiving the service:
Buildings with a building area of up to 400 m2 – EUR 8,60 (with VAT),
Buildings with a building area above 400 m2 – EUR 17,22 (with VAT),
For civil engineering, €17.22 (with VAT).
The fee is determined by the decision of the sitting of the Valka municipality council on 30 December 2015. Protocol No 18, 2 §.Receipt of services
A statement regarding the lack of construction shall be obtained in the presence of the Valka Municipality Construction Board.
